Order Processing & Application Periods

Lú ulgar operates on an exclusive membership-based model, and all orders—including pre-orders—are processed only after the current application period has closed. This ensures that every item is prepared exclusively for members, maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our brand.

Once the application period ends, order processing will begin. Please note that production times may vary depending on demand, but we strive to ensure timely fulfilment.

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders: Once shipped, deliveries may take up to 10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location, customs processing, and courier services. International shipments may take longer than 10 business days to arrive.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

 

Shipping Fees & Responsibilities

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.
  • Lú ulgar is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

For pre-orders or limited releases, please review the expected shipping date provided at checkout. These items will only be produced and shipped after the designated application period closes.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid street address is required.
  • Lú ulgar reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain countries or regions where our logistics partners do not operate or where restrictions apply.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building management, or local delivery services before contacting us.
  • Lú ulgar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, please allow additional time due to potential courier delays before reaching out.

Changes & Cancellations
